VOLUNTEERS - PLEASE BE ADVISED FOR SECURITY:

All Volunteers who will be on the campus MUST become a

Hays VIPS approved volunteer.

Follow these simple steps to become an approved volunteer.

Create a username and password

Complete the questions and hit submit.

*Remember to select your campus otherwise the default is Central Office.

Helpful Tips

We recommend using a laptop or desktop to register.

Do not use your phone to register.

We also recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser. 

*Missing Volunteer Hours*

If for some reason, your volunteer hours did not get logged,

please email Jags.abc.VolunteerHours@gmail.com.

Please include event date, start time and end time of volunteer opportunity.

Please allow 5 days for updates.

All missed hours must be submitted within 90 days of the event. Thank you

ONLY JABC Volunteer Hours can be logged in Membership Toolkit.

The hours included are only JABC Events (Jag Jamboree, Spring Fundraiser...etc),

JABC Concessions or Jag Swag Tables. 

Please be advised that hours manually entered will be deleted,

all additions must be entered by the Admin.

Thank you for volunteering!

  We truly could not be successful without our volunteers!! 

* You MUST be signed up on one of the sign-ups below.

* If volunteer shift is at Shelton Stadium, you MUST purchase a ticket in order to perform your volunteer duties (except Reserved Parking Shifts, with no intent to go into the game.)

* ALL volunteers must be active in the V.I.P.S. Hays CISD system (see button above.)

* There must be a minimum of 2 adults volunteering in each shift.

NOTE: Please realize that some of our shifts follow other games or come before others. If you have a shift that is after another shift, please check in with the concession stand as soon as your game is finished to allow the previous volunteers to get to their games. Thank you for your help.
