Baseball 2025-2026 - Outside Concession Stand
NOTE: Some games may go shorter or longer than the posted shift times but please know your shift will be relieved as soon as previous games are completed.
Shift Volunteers: Varsity Shift Volunteers: Please arrive promptly for your shift and stay until next shift arrives (if applicable). JV Shift Volunteers: Please report to concession stand as soon as JV game is complete. Freshman Shift Volunteers: Please report to concession stand as soon as Freshman game is complete. Concession Stand can close in the bottom of the 6th inning of Varsity Game.
Please know that if you are late or a no show, the concession stand may not be opened.
If you are the last shift, please stay until the Jags Athletic Booster Club Board member arrives to close the concession stand or text the Board Contact at the end of the Varsity Game - 6th inning.
We understand things come up, if you are not able to make your shift, please make sure that you reach out to your team leads immediately or post to Sports You to have someone fill in your shift. Once someone has committed to cover, please remove your name from the signup.
There will be a Volunteer Kiosk to sign in/sign out in the concession stand, due to the uncertainty of the games please make sure to sign in when you arrive and sign out when you leave for your shift.
We truly appreciate you giving your time and know that you are the reason the JABC can commit to have Concession Stands at most of our sporting events.
