Submitting Ad Instructions:

 

PERSONAL AD INSTRUCTIONS

  • Ads should be submitted in a .JPG or .PNG format (TIP: use Canva, Adobe etc. to create)
  • All submitted Ads must be in a size appropriate to your order. (Example: ½ page ad must be submitted in a LANDSCAPE format – must be horizontal when viewed as 8”(w) x 5”(h) picture
  • Ads will not be altered from ordered size.
  • Ads must be school appropriate.
  • Make sure submitted Email & Ad attachment includes the Student’s name. (Helps to match)
  • Email Ads to sportsProgram@jagsabc.com
  • For Ads requesting to be designed: Email photos, Headline, Hobbies, and Ad message. Our volunteers will create the Ad using Canva – Check Message for typos, Message will be cut and pasted from email as is. (Additional $50 fee added to Program Ad cost)
  • Email Shout Out Ads to sportsprogram@jagsabc.com. Shout Outs will be cut and pasted directly from order/email, please proof message.

BUSINESS AD INSTRUCTIONS

  • Email business Ad to sportsprograms@jagsabc.com
  • Ad needs to be at a high resolution of at least 300 dpi.
  • Send photos as an email attachment .JPG or .PNG format
  • Please note: all Ads must be school appropriate.
  • If you are requesting an Ad to be modified/designed, please send all information to sportsprogram@jagsabc.com. Ads are modified/designed by JABC volunteers.
